Quality Assurance
We rigorously test the model, with the option for you to run parallel tests on the newly-built model with the old one.
Refinement
Based on test results, we make final adjustments to the model.
Delivery
Ready to go! At this point, we hand over the model, along with technical documentation and a customized user guide.
Maintenance (Optional)
We also provide fractional analyst services, maintaining the quality and integrity of the product while updating the model with your latest company information and/or any structural additions, all while utilizing the most efficient technology in Excel.
