Your use of this site is independent of Medici and is not as an employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer with Medici for any purpose.

This Agreement and its performance shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, and the applicable laws of Canada. You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Provincial courts of Ontario, in the country of Canada, in all questions and controversies arising out of your use of this site and this Agreement.

By accepting these terms and using the platform, you agree to give up any rights to litigate claims in a court. Other rights that you would have if you went to court may also be unavailable or may be limited in arbitration. For greater certainty, you hereby expressly give up your right to have a trial by jury. If any dispute arises between you and Medici relating to the application, interpretation, implementation, or validity of this Agreement, you agree to resolve the dispute by arbitration before a single arbitrator. The arbitration shall be held in Toronto, Ontario and shall proceed in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration Act (Ontario). Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered and enforced in any court having jurisdiction.

You may not assign, convey, subcontract, or delegate your rights, duties, or obligations hereunder.

Medici may at any time modify these Terms and Conditions and your continued use of this site will be conditioned upon the Terms and Conditions in force at the time of your use.

Additional Terms and Conditions may apply to the purchase and provision of services provided by Medici, and other uses of portions of this site, and you agree to abide by such other Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions shall be deemed severable. In the event that any provision is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

The headings used in these Terms and Conditions are included by convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms and Conditions.
